Orange, Mango, and Granola Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 large orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice (preferably fresh)
  • 1 tablespoons honey (optional, for added sweetness)
  • .5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • .5 cup granola (plus extra for topping)
  • .5 cup ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Fruit:

Peel and segment the orange, removing any seeds.

Peel, pit, and dice the mango.

  2. Blend the Ingredients:

Add the orange segments and diced mango into a blender.

Add the Greek yogurt and orange juice.

If you like your smoothie sweet, add the honey.

    Pour in the vanilla extract.

    Add the granola.

Add the ice cubes if you prefer a thicker, colder smoothie.

    Blend Until Smooth:

Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy. This should take about 1-2 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.

Stop and scrape down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.

  3. Serve:

Pour the smoothie into two glasses.

Sprinkle extra granola on top for added crunch and texture.

Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.

  4. Tips for Serving:

Garnish: Garnish with a slice of orange or a few pieces of diced mango on the rim of the glass.

Variation: Add a handful of spinach for a green smoothie variation, or a tablespoon of chia seeds for extra nutrients.

Enjoy your vibrant and nutritious Orange, Mango, and Granola Smoothie!
